Artist Rotem Ritov, in collaboration with Kanaan Berlin’s chefs Oz Ben David and Jalil Dabit, invites you to a one-of-a-kind, multi-sensory experience.
Rotem presents the work of Israeli and Palestinian artists who use food both as artistic material and as a concept in their creative process.
Following the talk, guests gather around a vibrant, colorful table filled with fusion dishes blending Israeli, Palestinian, and German culinary flavours.
Through the creativity and magic of food and art, this experience sparks dialogue, joy, hope, and optimism.
