"Wälsungenblut" by Thomas Mann, read by Hans-Jürgen Schatz...
It was written in 1905, but due to family reasons, it could not be published until 1921 in a private edition. "Wälsungenblut" (Blood of the Wälsungs), inspired by Richard Wagner's opera "Die Walküre" (The Valkyrie), is ideal material for the actor and narrator Hans-Jürgen Schatz.

Thomas Mann calls his novella "Wälsungenblut" "an artistically presentable piece of work with successful passages."
