On March 17th, it's that time again: As every year, Berlin high school students will perform their grand concert in the Chamber Music Hall of the Philharmonie. Under the direction of Anne Kohler, Professor of Choral Conducting at the Detmold University of Music, they will present a program entitled "Starlight and Thunder."
The Song Exchange celebrates its 20th anniversary!
Around 1,500 children – divided between elementary and high schools – prepare for the Song Exchange throughout the school year. Their goal: to perform on stage with the Berlin Radio Choir. To this end, our singers visit the school choirs beforehand, sparking enthusiasm for choral singing and working together on this year's repertoire.
