Guided tour with Director General Prof. Dr. Christoph Martin Vogtherr, SPSG
Frederick William IV had the Friedenskirche built to house a medieval Venetian mosaic. It became a symbol of his vision for a strong, church-oriented monarchy during the 1848 Revolution. The tour explores the political message conveyed by the church and the adjacent Marly Garden.
