Jute-Bücher-Party

Once a year, the Young Professionals Network “NaNe” of the Berlin-Brandenburg Publishers’ Association hosts its Jute-Bücher-Party. If you’re currently doing an apprenticeship in a bookshop, have just started working in publishing, or are simply interested in the book industry, this is the place to be!
We offer you the chance to get together and chat with like-minded people in a relaxed atmosphere.

As well as snacks and drinks, there’s also the legendary book trade quiz, where you and your team can win a whole bag full of ‘Jute Books’.

Whether you’re an apprentice, a trainee or a young professional: if you’re just starting out in the book industry, the ‘NaNe’ Young Professionals Network is the place for you. We organise exciting evening events, from visiting printing houses to audiobook publishers, and keep a close eye on what’s happening in the industry.

The ‘NaNe’ Young Professionals Network is made up of a team of volunteers and is coordinated by Fabian Thomas at the Berlin-Brandenburg Regional Association of the German Publishers and Booksellers Association (Börsenverein des Deutschen Buchhandels Landesverband Berlin-Brandenburg e.V.).

The Jute-Bücher-Party will take place on Friday, 22 May 2026 at the Lettrétage in the Kunsthaus Acud, Veteranenstraße 21, 10119 Berlin. It starts at 7.30 pm.
