Fete am Park × Orphan Bridge Day

They'll show you the current status of the museum and creative quarter at Köllnischer Park and offer a creative demonstration for the reconstruction of the Waisenbrücke bridge in front of the Märkisches Museum.


Together with comic artist Aisha Franz, everyone will design a giant banner – and you can join in! Have your portrait taken, draw along, or enjoy the creative flow with DJ Femdelic, who will provide a funky summer vibe.


Discuss the future project of the Berlin City Museum over table tennis and gelato. The museum and creative quarter is being created here in a creative ping-pong game between the Marinehaus cultural center and the Märkisches Museum.

Design your neighborhood with a giant banner!

What will the neighborhood at Köllnischer Park look like in five years? What does neighborhood mean to you?

Together with Aisha Franz and other comic artists, everyone is creating a huge 5 x 6 m collaborative artwork that will be displayed on site.


The special feature: You can immortalize yourself on the banner or have your portrait painted by the comic professionals! You'll also get your personalized comic portrait to take home. DJ Femdelic will provide the creative atmosphere with her groovy sounds.


6 p.m. - 8 p.m. | Orphan Bridge Day × Fête de la Musique

The Berlin City Museum is committed to rebuilding the historic Orphan Bridge as a pedestrian and bicycle bridge. It will connect the Rolandufer at Molkenmarkt with the Märkisches Ufer. Starting at 6 p.m., a diverse music program awaits you with acts from the Fanny Hensel Music School – as well as contributions to the future of the neighborhood. Everyone will celebrate the resulting giant artwork together!
