Jelly the Wald
- Antonie Pierre – Drums
- Berni Hollinger – Bass
- Sveta Marinchenko – samples, synths, keys
The sound? Hard to describe. Spontaneous, sometimes weird, sometimes dramatic, sometimes funny—but always with just the right energy. Full of surprises, never boring.
Sure, all three have solid musical backgrounds—but this isn’t about trying to be serious.
Come on down and dive into a wild mix of funk, free, jungle, jazz, rock, and hip-hop.
FBJR: “Female Band Leader Jazz Row” is a concert series curated by pianist and keyboardist Svetlana Marinchenko, who invites exciting female bandleaders from Berlin and other cities to take the stage.
The selection of artists is based primarily on their distinctive musical sound and their individual artistic style. The series presents both established musicians with remarkable achievements in the music scene as well as new, promising voices that bring fresh energy.
Each guest artist is a creative personality with her own vision and a unique approach to music. The concerts offer the audience top-tier musicians, new music, and an inspiring, lively atmosphere.
