Ensemble A Due
The Ensemble A Due will accompany the closing of the exhibition “Measuring the Moment” by painter Friedrich Porsdorf with a multifaceted concert program.
Under the title “Catching Moments,” the duo will take the audience on a musical journey through time and soundscapes. The program features works from the European Baroque era, Scottish finds, and contemporary compositions that bring the diversity and expressiveness of duo literature to life. The music enters into a sensitive dialogue with Porsdorf’s painting, which is dedicated to the fleeting moment and its perception.
The Ensemble A Due brings together two accomplished musicians. Henriette Jüttner (recorders and bodhrán), trained in Berlin and Bremen, combines historical performance practice with a vibrant contemporary sensibility. Tobias Münch (cello and viola da gamba), a longtime solo cellist and versatile chamber musician, expands the sonic spectrum through his intensive engagement with the viola da gamba. Together, they create an intimate yet multifaceted soundscape.

The concert marks the conclusion of the exhibition and invites you to weave visual and musical impressions together—a pause in the flow of time, a listening to the moment.
Admission is free. Donations for the church’s work are appreciated.
