"Der Hausmann" tells the story of very different people who live together in a Berlin house. It explores the joy and frustration of the theme "neighbourhood" and the challenges this microcosm faces, especially in Berlin: from gentrification to precarious living conditions, from encounters with people from other cultures to start-up culture.

All this is told in many surprising forms, including a graphic novel by Raúl Soria, which is part of the book.
