Terry Riley: In C and Free Improvisation
Whether as a former member of The Notwist or with his solo project Acid Pauli, Martin Gretschmann is known for his passion for musical experimentation.

Together with Norwegian jazz vibraphonist Karl Ivar Refseth and Cuban drummer Rodney Yllarza Barreto, he forms a trio that captivates with its unconventional blend of diverse influences.
At the Pierre Boulez Saal, they present their idiosyncratic interpretation of Terry Riley's minimalist classic "In C" – arranged for vibraphone, percussion, and live electronics.
In the freely improvised second part of the evening, they embark on a sonic journey of discovery together with the audience.
