Performance in the course of the opening

For ITINERANT INTERLUDE #233, Laurie Schwartz presents les sansculottides for voice, accordion and percussion, created especially for the opening of Sharon Kivland's THE BLOODY RADICALS. The year 2025 corresponds to the year 233 in the French revolutionary calendar. For these are the days of the sans-culottes. les sansculottides draws inspiration and material from the rich network of references, myths and revolutionary ideals that characterize Kivland's THE BLOODY RADICALS - not least from the radical idea of rethinking time itself.
