Skateboarding, Art, and Neighborhood Culture
The centerpiece is the opening of Willow Wildgrube’s “Pro-Skater” exhibition at the FKKB Gallery. The exhibition explores the aesthetics and attitude of the international skate scene, bringing them not just to the walls but directly into the hotel.
Several renowned pro skaters have announced their attendance and will be on site that day.
Among those attending:
- Willow Wildgrube
- Chris Haslam
- Thomas Gentsch
- Sami Harithi
At the same time, the hotel itself will become a skateboarding venue:
A skate demo will take place on the hotel’s own “Sissi” skate ramp. The ramp will serve as a meeting place for pros, the local scene, and guests alike, all set against the hotel’s urban backdrop.
On the same evening, Lütze’s garden opening party will take place on the hotel’s ground floor.
And so, in a single evening, music, drinks, and a neighborhood vibe meet international skate culture and contemporary art—all under one roof right in the heart of Berlin.
