We’ll start with a short group movement sequence and a round of introductions to settle in, share ceremonially prepared drinking cocoa, and let ourselves be guided by Susanne’s sensitive leadership through sound, silence, and connection. No prior knowledge is necessary—just an open mind and a willingness to fully engage with yourself and the group for two hours.
Susanne Schenke has been guiding people through ritual practices for years and brings a sense of calm, presence, and a warm, grounding energy.
Important note: If you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, or are taking medication, please let Susanne or our team know before the ceremony begins. This will allow us to adjust the cocoa concentration to suit your individual needs.
The ticket price of €25 includes both your participation and the ceremonial cacao.
