Reading from *The Grimm Brothers*
That’s exactly what comic artists Flix and Reinhard Kleist tell us in their new graphic novel, *The Grimm Brothers*. Snow White and The Frog Prince encounter saloons and the prairie, two scholars find themselves out of their comfort zone—and Lucky Luke is there to help them out, of course, when things get dicey.
Flix and Reinhard Kleist will celebrate the grand finale of their reading tour along the German Fairy Tale Route—from Hanau, the birthplace of the Grimms, to their final resting place in Berlin—on Thursday, June 18 at 7 p.m. at the Museum for Communication in Berlin.
The evening combines a reading, live drawing, and a preview of the exhibition “Lucky Luke – Morris’s Lonely Western Hero.” Flix is curating it together with Dietrich Wolf Fenner, Head of Exhibitions, Education, and Communication at the museum. The exhibition will run at the Museum für Kommunikation Berlin from October 2, 2026, to March 28, 2027.
The reading is being held in cooperation with Story House Egmont and Deutsche Märchenstraße e. V.
