Founded in 1946, the ensemble impresses audiences around the world with unparalleled artistry and sustained energy. In the 2022–23 season, violist Molly Carr is part of the Juilliard String Quartet. The group is also currently performing world premieres, including two works written for them by well-known German composer Jörg Widmann.
