The Berlin-based artist collective Sassy & Unscripted spans a musical arc from the 1920s to the present day. It includes chansons by Marlene Dietrich and Kurt Weill’s protagonists to jazz standards by Nina Simone, Peggy Lee, and Ella Fitzgerald, tangos by Astor Piazzolla, and the dazzling soundscapes of Babylon Berlin.
The music is accompanied by burlesque performances by the artists phoenixxfury and Madame von Fatale, who embody diverse perspectives on women and their lives with presence, humor, and elegance. This fusion of jazzy live music and sensual movement promises an evening full of seduction, strength, and transformation.
Live artists artfully capture these moments for posterity, and the artwork can be purchased afterward.
