Ecstatic Dance - or Ecstatic Dance is a form of dance in which dancers, sometimes without having to follow specific steps, surrender to the rhythm and move freely while the music carries them, leading to trance and a feeling of ecstasy.

KEY VISUAL ECSTATIC DANCE
The participants can look forward to an intensive experience: A large number of local and international DJs and dance teachers, as well as live musicians ensure the high quality of the event and varied music in an inclusive atmosphere of mutual respect and openness.
The music is colorfully mixed: from world music with oriental and African influences to electronic music, pop and classical music, there is a lot that serves the dance experience. The audience goes on a dance journey where they can explore their own inner world and express emotions.
All this without alcohol or drugs. Also, there is no minimum age to be present.
Currently, the events take place at FMP1 (Franz-Mehring-Platz 1) every two weeks, always with changing international artists.
