On 23 and 24 October 2026, Keith Tynes and his band will be performing at the A-Trane jazz club in Berlin. Under the title “Here Is to Life”, the programme features two evenings of soul and jazz. To mark his 72nd birthday, the singer is returning to the stage of the Berlin club after more than two decades.

Tynes, who was born in Miami and has lived in Berlin since 2001, sang as the lead tenor in ‘The Platters Golden Hits Revue’ from 1981 to 1985, amongst other things. His musical career spans soul, jazz, gospel and musical theatre. At the A-Trane, he will be accompanied by Carly Quiroz (keyboards), Rob Dietze (guitar), Otto Block (drums) and Daryl Taylor (bass).
