Culinary Delights with Björn Swanson at Norms
That’s exactly what his new restaurant, Norms, which opened four months ago on Elisabethkirchstraße, is all about. “Childhood Food – a bit different,” says the top chef himself; every plate is a flavor explosion, every bite spectacular yet intuitively understandable. Another example is his mustard egg.
