Vernissage - Erold Sommer - Live in Farbe

Past live-painting works meet new performances, creating an urban space that blends intuition, choreography, and multimedia intensity. The exhibition is not intended as a static format, but as a living system that continues to evolve through every artistic encounter.

In a collaborative multimedia performance, painter Erold Sommer meets musicians. While the bands are enclosed within construction fences, the silhouettes of the performers are depicted, driven by the musical impulses. At the end of the performance, the sound of the bands fades away onto a cotton canvas.

pihv (papa, ich habs versucht) emerged in 2025 from the fun-punk band Jochen. So is the fun over now? Yes, because the first pihv album will bear no other name than Arbeit. But it remains loud and charged nonetheless. And sometimes there’s even desperate laughter.
