Klėja and Kaja Kašubaitė
This summery, romantic piano recital brings together solo and duo works by Debussy, Chopin, Saint-Saëns, Chaminade, Ravel, and Liszt. The program combines delicately nuanced solo pieces with energetic four-hand performances, unfolding a colorful panorama of musical summer dreams.
The two young pianists are among Europe’s most remarkable emerging talents. Already celebrated at the Berlin Philharmonic, the Konzerthaus Berlin, and Carnegie Hall, they are studying as young students at the Berlin University of the Arts and are supported by international foundations. Despite their young age, they have already earned numerous awards and performed at festivals and with orchestras worldwide.
With “Summer Dreams,” Klėja and Kaja present a program that combines lightness and depth—an evening that transforms the warmth of summer into music and captivates the audience with refined virtuosity and touching musicality.
