How digital has our life become—and how do social media influence our well-being?
Host Siham El-Maimouni discusses this in the seventh edition of the radio3 Atelier Talk with artist Viktoria Binschtok, artist Andy Kassier, and communication scientist Jakob Ohme.
Viktoria Binschtok creates photographic series such as “Digital Semiotics,” which explore the visual codes of digital communication. In his Instagram performance “success is just a smile away,” Andy Kassier questions the promises of success, happiness, and self-optimization on social media. Jakob Ohme researches the effects of social platforms on news consumption, public debates, and digital well-being.
