At the summer festival of Berlin’s Café Sandmann on July 11, photographer Holger Biermann will present four new booklets featuring a wide variety of series in black-and-white and color.

SHE WILL TALK TO YOU, YOU WILL TALK TO HER
The new DIN A6-format booklets in Holger Biermann’s series, which will then comprise 36 issues, cover a wide range of topics.
In SHE WILL TALK TO YOU, YOU WILL TALK TO HER, Biermann once again focuses on New York women—combined with previously unpublished street photographs.
In NOT FOR SALE, the photographer uses black-and-white images to capture the spirit of young people in Berlin in the post-reunification years, with all its surprises and freedoms.
The booklet LIEBS GISELIS ALLERLETZTE BERGFAHRT is personal and brings together color images from his last trip with his mother, who has since passed away.
Finally, with WALK ON, Biermann creates a photographic tribute to Berlin’s Café Sandmann and its patrons.
It is precisely there, at Café Sandmann’s summer festival, that all four new booklets will be presented on Saturday, July 11, 2026. You are cordially invited!
