Care law takes centre stage! 30th German Care Law Day - for all those involved in care law and lawyers from the legal profession, judiciary, academia, authorities, social insurance organisations, institutions and associations. 30 years ago, Springer organised the first congress on care law in Germany: the Care Law Day. At that time, there was a great deal of uncertainty in the care sector regarding legal issues - and the need for information was correspondingly great. A lot has changed over the past 30 years. Today, there is a Patients' Rights Act and an open culture of error, among other things, but many problems remain and new laws and regulations are constantly being added. The 30th German Nursing Law Day, which is once again being held in conjunction with the Nursing 2025 congress, will address these challenges. As usual, participation ensures 15 time hours with proof for submission in accordance with § 15 FAO (medical law, social law) as well as further training points for the registration of professional carers.
