The Berlin Bicycle Market started in 2015 as a small backyard flea market for bicycles in Kreuzberg. Now in its 10th season, the market has developed into one of the largest platforms for used bicycles in Berlin and can be found at three locations in 2024.
A dynamic team ensures service and safety, for example there is free and independent purchasing advice on site. It puts the bikes through their paces. Nobody buys a pig in a poke here.
Mechanical expertise is provided and minor repairs or adjustments can be carried out by mechanics directly on site.
The Berlin bicycle market cooperates with the Berlin police and gives stolen goods no chance. The ADFC offers bicycle coding.
The bicycle market season runs from March to November.
Locations/dates
KREUZKÖLLN
The bicycle market in Kreuzkölln takes place from March to November (no August date!) on the first Saturday of each month from 10 am to 3 pm.
MOABIT
The bicycle market in Moabit takes place from March to November (no August date!) on the first Sunday of every month. Market hours are from 10:00 to 15:00.
NEUKÖLLN
In 2024, the bicycle market will take place for the first time on Herrfurthplatz in Neukölln. The market will be open from 10.03., 12.05., 09.06., 14.07., 13.10. from 10 am to 3 pm.
TEMPELHOF
On a weekend in April 2024 (13.04. and 14.04.) the Berlin Bicycle Market will once again take place at VELO BERLIN on Tempelhofer Feld. Market hours are 10 am to 6 pm.
NEW CHILDREN'S BIKE EXCHANGE
At the Neukölln and Kreuzkölln locations, the free children's bike exchange will take place from 10 am to 12 noon. Families can swap balance bikes, trailers and children's bikes here without having to search endlessly on the internet.
