Valentine's Day Specials at Ganymed Brasserie

To start, there are Fine de Claire oysters with shallot and raspberry chutney, followed by “Mon Amour” with goat cheese on baked figs wrapped in bacon, honey and paprika vinaigrette, and shrimp salad. The main course is the “Assiette d'Amour” for two: monkfish and veal fillet with sweet potato curry cream, wild asparagus, and baby carrots with truffle emulsion. “Chère étincelle” rounds off the menu with a pistachio tart made from white Callebaut chocolate, raspberry heart, and fruit coulis.
