In Volkspark Rehberge and at Plötzensee, we find natural monuments, protected landscapes, sand dunes, sports facilities, and a wild bee meadow within Berlin's park and cultural landscape.

Over time, the landscape in northern Berlin has been assigned various functions. Several cemeteries belonging to Protestant churches, such as the New St. Paul's Cemetery and the Church of the Redeemer, were established here.

The sand dunes in northern Berlin that existed around the turn of the 20th century are now barely recognizable. Participants will also visit an extraordinary monument to the pioneers of electricity, Emil and Walther Rathenau.
