Once a month, poetry and science come together at the Humboldt Lab. In the Logoskop‘s seventh edition, the renowned spoken-word poets Eva Matz and Hinnerk Köhn will explore the exhibition ‚After Nature‘ with live performances of their work. Visitors are invited to join them on their tour of eloquence.

Sven Kamin is a journalist, poetry slammer and science communicator. The 46-year-old learned his journalistic craft in the daily newspaper business and worked in the editorial offices of Guido Knopp and ‘3 nach 9’, among others. He is one of the most prominent stage poets in the German-speaking world and has twice (2008, 2012) made it into the top five at the German-language championships. He combines energetic poetry with communication by translating current debates or – as ‘Kommagination’ – the history or strategies of institutions, technologies or companies into intense poetic images and performances. Born in Bremen, he is currently active in science communication for European XFEL, the world’s largest X-ray research laser.
