Everything goes wrong - but we laugh anyway!
Since its founding by the great comedian Dieter Hallervorden in 1960, the cabaret performances of the ensemble Die Wühlmäuse in Berlin-Schöneberg have delighted Berliners and Berlin guests alike. Local artists perform here as well as cabaret stars from German-speaking countries. Die Stachelschweine is the oldest political cabaret in the German capital, whose ensemble is directed by the Berlin cabaret artist Frank Lüdecke. It provides an entertaining evening with its witty revues and shows by solo artists, as does the traditional cabaret theatre Distel, which also devotes itself to political cabaret with prickly punchlines. The BKA Theatre on Mehringdamm is also humorous, entertaining its guests with piano cabaret, comedy and travesty.
