In her new series of works, “Resonancias fluidas – ejemplos en el Mediterráneo español” (Fluid Resonances – Examples in the Spanish Mediterranean), Teresa Mazuela Sequeira explores the movements, colors, and rhythms of the sea.

Her works on paper combine painterly precision with chance and dynamism – currents, waves, and superimpositions become symbols of the constant interplay between structure and dissolution.

The exhibition invites viewers to immerse themselves in these fluid visual worlds – between certainty and chaos, intuition and form.

Teresa Mazuela Sequeira studied Fine Arts and Painting at the Berlin University of the Arts and completed a doctoral degree at the Complutense University of Madrid. Among other awards, she received the Baum Foundation Art Prize (2022), the Neustartkultur grant (2021), and funding from the Berlin Senate, the Academy of Arts, and the Spanish Embassy.
