Klangwerkstatt Berlin 2023

With the piano duo Yukiko Sugawara and Tomoko Hemmi, two of the most accomplished pianists of contemporary music come to Berlin, who are at home on all major concert stages and festivals. They bring with them a new piano work for four hands by Stephan Storck (WP).


Around it they group a program of central composers of the 20th and 21st centuries, with works by György Kurtag, Mark Andre and Helmut Lachenmann.

Kunstquartier Bethanien is barrier-free accessible for people with motor impairments. SPACIALITIES Studio 1 is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via a lift. Studio 2 is located on the 2nd floor and is accessible via a lift. TOILET The nearest accessible toilet is on the ground floor. ACCESS The nearest accessible underground station is Kottbusser Tor (U1, U8). PARKING Unfortunately, Kunstquartier Bethanien has no parking spaces of its own and therefore no disabled parking spaces.

Visits for people with cognitive impairments and people with visual impairments are possible in principle.
