ÀMFI is a choreographic duet by Barbara Bardaka and Ioulia Zacharaki, founded in 2023. Their work resists fixed norms and dominant narratives. With a self-organized ethos, ÀMFI treats artistic creation as a political and aesthetic act, proposing alternatives beyond formal structures and conventions. Their work, ÀMFI:an unconventional duet, was funded by the Greek Ministry of Culture (2023–24) and completed eight performances in Greece, alongside a residency and performance at Derida Dance Center. In 2025–26, it received additional funding for an international tour from the Μinistry of Culture.
