Literary forms in piano music with Flora Jörns
Songs, wordless songs, ballads – various literary forms, the human voice, or language in general repeatedly find their place in instrumental music.
In a program featuring selected Romantic works by Robert Schumann, Felix Mendelssohn-Bartholdy, and Johannes Brahms, the question of how language finds its way into piano music without words will be explored.
Admission is free, but reservations are essential due to limited seating.
