
With beneficial movement, mindfulness and meditative exercises, you will get to know different ways to achieve greater flexibility and relaxation.
The exercises are designed to help you gain serenity and strength in everyday life in order to increase vitality and well-being. Attentively assuming different postures, targeted movement sequences and breathing exercises show the way to more balance and harmony. Energy and concentration are promoted and tension can be released.
