Maiko Mine plays Schumann, Brahms & Mozart

After the internationally acclaimed Japanese pianist Maiko Mine played a virtuoso piano recital with works by Robert Schumann, Franz Liszt and Frédéric Chopin exclusively for the Marzahn Music Library in June 2022, a year later she is a guest in this house with a new programme.

This time the artist brings next to the

  • Arabesque Opus 18 and the Fantasy Opus 17 by Robert Schumann
  • the piano pieces Opus 118 and 119 by Johannes Brahms
  • and the Mozart Fantasy in C minor KV 475.

Be there when Maiko Mine "makes the Bechstein grand piano glow" again at world-class level.

Maiko Mine completed her piano studies at the University of the Arts in Tokyo and at the University of Music and Theater in Rostock. At various high-ranking, international piano competitions (Chopin Piano Competition Warsaw, Prague Spring, Japanese University Competition) she has repeatedly stood on the podium or reached the semi-finals. She has made guest appearances with the Polish Chamber Orchestra and the Western Pomeranian Philharmonic Orchestra, among others, on various tours at home and abroad.
