As an accompanying programme to the new play Prima Facie, a free lecture on sexualised violence in Germany will take place on 22.11.2023. The guest will be the lawyer Christina Klemm.

As common as sexualised violence is, it remains without consequence for the perpetrators. Only in the rarest cases are sexual assaults actually sentenced, is the injustice of the acts officially recognised. The lecture will focus on the problems that the justice system has in dealing with sexual violence, why many victims decide not to press charges and what urgently needs to be changed - not only by law.
This event will be held in German.
