Children’s games from the past await you on “Sunday in the Nikolai Quarter” in the oldest part of Berlin.

No matter what material you use, whether it's a bridge, a speedster or a tree house: on free family Sundays, the Knoblauchhaus Museum invites you to come by and get creative!

The square in front of the museum laboratory in the Nikolaiviertel is transformed into a construction workshop.

A large selection of materials and tools is available. There are no limits to your imagination: whether it's a skyscraper, tree house, dream house, vehicle, garage or bridge – all this and much more can be planned, designed and built here in miniature format.

If you like, you can also make a box for trading cards, your shell collection or other little treasures from your bedroom. Our team will help you bring your creative ideas to life.

  • A collaboration with the ‘HolzHütte’ (wooden hut) at the multi-generational house in the KREATIVHAUS district centre.
