Right next to the Holly Gastrobar is the wine shop MORE Natural Wines and they both share a passion for good food. That's why the "French Bistro Sunday" on September 3rd will be a culinary delight.
Sommelière Fernanda Befi, who ensures a warm and familiar atmosphere, is looking forward to this cooperation: "Many people still have reservations about natural wines," says the native Brazilian. "But I'm really happy to have MORE Natural Wines on our side. They know an incredible number of varieties and winemakers and can therefore give every dish a special touch."
The basis for this small event is provided by Simon Guitard from the French product kitchen. For the "French Bistro Sunday" he will serve a melt-in-the-mouth Cordon Bleu as a sandwich variant and prepare Dry Age Camembert with miso and beet chutney. The Holly Gastrobar only uses first-class organic products. "Natural wines fit perfectly with our demands on the kitchen," explains Simon Guitard. "They surprise and open up new worlds of taste."
The events in the Holly Gastrobar, which turn Sundays into culinary festivals, take place at irregular intervals. By working with different providers, the restaurant opens up to new topics and at the same time brings the neighborhood together. For Fernanda Befi and Simon Guitard it is a pleasure to constantly think anew and to be open to ideas of all kinds.
