Writing Workshop with Sarah Niklowitz
Instead of perfecting your brooding mode, here you will learn to
follow your body, your breath, and your inner impulses. With breathing
exercises, short meditations, simple mindfulness exercises, and guided
writing prompts, you will get out of your head—and into your writing. You don’t need any finished ideas, a „perfect style,“ or talent. Just curiosity and a willingness to be surprised.

This workshop is part 3 of the workshop series „The Mindful Artist’s Way“ and can be booked individually or as part of a package. It’s never too late to join, and each workshop is self-contained and effective on its own.
All you need is yourself + a laptop or pen and paper. If you like to write with music in your ears, feel free to bring headphones—I’ve prepared a playlist for you. It’s best to wear something comfortable so you can move freely and feel completely at ease.
