The students in the drama course are the same age as Schiller was when, at seventeen, he secretly wrote *The Robbers* while at the military academy.
Based on Claudia Bossard's DT production, the actors explore biographical themes of freedom, confinement, sibling relationships, patriarchal structures, and femicide. As Schilleres, they feign illness, secretly write their own scenes in an imaginary hospital ward, and continue the story of the Robbers' provocative questions from a contemporary perspective.
