Musical thriller by Stephen Dolginoff

Chicago, 1924: Two well-off law students, Nathan Leopold and Richard Loeb, are fascinated by Friedrich Nietzsche's theories of the superman. Richard, in particular, feels superior to the rest of society and, with Nathan's help, wants to commit the perfect crime.

A musical based on a true crime

While the initial plot revolves around burglaries and arson, the appeal of being above the law grows over time. But perhaps the power dynamics between the two are different than one initially thinks.

This extraordinary musical by Stephen Dolginoff offers audiences a glimpse into the human depths of two young men.

The musical, based on a true story about the "Thrill Killers of Chicago," has been nominated for numerous awards, won the ASCAP Music Award, and has since been performed in nearly 200 productions in 20 countries.
