„Symphonic Rock In Concert Vol.2“ with AC/DC, Beatles, Guns N‘ Roses & Co

Since the beginning, the New Philharmonic Orchestra Frankfurt has been thrilling audiences and earning great reviews - the best prerequisites for the New Philharmonic Orchestra Frankfurt to continue its "Symphonic Rock In Concert" tour with a new program after the acclaimed start.

The euphoria of the concert-goers, which spontaneously broke out in standing ovations, was summed up by the 'Mannheimer Morgen'. The "concentrated orchestral performance" was simply described as a "feat". A correct classification, because everything there is of the finest: accomplished orchestral musicians plus a professional rock quartet as well as versatile top vocal soloists interpret famous rock and pop titles in a broadband sound that sounds both voluminous and differentiated.

Perfectly suited for this treatment in XXL sound format are the audience favorites "Highway Star" (Deep Purple), "November Rain" (Guns N' Roses), "Summer of 69" (Bryan Adams), "Highway to Hell" (AC/DC) or "Solsbury Hill" (Peter Gabriel). The heart of the "Symphonic Rock in Concert" production is the Neue Philharmonie Frankfurt.  The 50-piece orchestra, based in Offenbach, has an international reputation. In the past, it has accompanied Deep Purple, Peter Gabriel, Roger Hodgson (ex-Supertramp), Ian Anderson (Jethro Tull), John Cale (ex-The Velvet Underground) and Gregory Porter, among others.

In view of their concentrated skills within the framework of a well thought-out self-production, it is not surprising what the "Mannheimer Morgen" noted at the end of the two-hour show: "Even hardened rock fans don't leave the hall without this radiantly enthusiastic smile of formative experiences on their lips".
