Autumn 1989: In a small village in a small country with a big wall, life appears to go on as usual under socialism. Or so it seems. In secret, ten-year-old Rike and her two best friends are working on a spectacular invention—one that could change the world, but most importantly, bring Uncle Mike back from West Berlin to the East.
