During a 60-minute guided tour with shepherd Alexander Beer and his two herding dogs, learn many exciting details, including about the old rough-wooled Pomeranian sheep breed and the use of sheep for landscape maintenance on the Hahneberg. What are herding dogs for, how often are sheep sheared and what actually happens to the wool?

The number of participants is limited. Registration required up to two working days before the tour at mail@naturschutzstation-hahneberg.de or at 030/263 007 87. The tour is free of charge, but the association would be happy to receive a donation.

Please wear weatherproof clothing and comfortable shoes!
