NoonSong - Song & Prayer
Choral
music of the Italian Renaissance - To mark the
500th anniversary of the birth of the great Italian composer Palestrina, some
of his works will be performed in NoonSong. Compared to the compositions of
Marenzio, who set the standard for expressive madrigals at the time,
Palestrina's works have nothing to hide in terms of moving expressiveness.
