A feast for all the senses
On Saturday, 22 November 2025, the central promenade of Waldstraße / corner of Hermann (13156 Berlin) will once again be transformed into an atmospheric meeting place for all generations. From 3 p.m. to 7.30 p.m., the neighbourhood festival ‘Novemberlicht’ invites you to celebrate together for the tenth time with a varied programme.

‘Novemberlicht’ brings light and warmth to late autumn and shows Niederschönhausen from its most welcoming side.
Visitors can look forward to:
- Live music and hands-on activities
- Lanterns and other craft activities
- Bread on a stick at the fire pit
- Fairy tale yurt with stories to inspire dreams
- Raffle with great prizes
- A visit from the volunteer fire brigade
- Stalls with homemade, savoury and sweet treats
- Appealing craft, art and information stalls
An afternoon to arrive, participate and meet people – with many little moments of light for everyone.
The festival is organised on a voluntary basis by the Kiezrunde Niederschönhausen in cooperation with Outreach gGmbH and numerous local initiatives. The aim is to strengthen the community and create an open space for encounters.
