In her large-format, powerful, and colorful paintings, viewers experience, see, and sense the creation process of the works, with its many phases and periods, the diverse applications of paint, and the variety of materials that ultimately transform the picture into what they see. A painting takes time to create, as the artist Beate Lein-Kunz thrives on impulses and experiences, consciously and intensively engages with the issues of our time, and conveys her messages expressively and clearly on canvas.
