"Virtuosity, finesse, expression, imagination: Dmitry Sinkovsky has it all!" wrote the French newspaper "Le Monde". Dmitry Sinkovsky combines Russian virtuosity and Italian vocal ability. As a conductor, violinist and countertenor, he captivates audiences all over the world.

In 2011, Dmitry founded his own period instrument ensemble, La Voce Strumentale. Together they have released two CDs to date and perform together at international festivals and concert halls throughout Europe. The sound of La Voce Strumentale is polished and balanced. A truly great string group, each of them could act as a concertino.
The winner of major European competitions, he began his stellar career in the most prestigious early music ensembles, such as Il Giardino Armonico, Il Complesso Barocco, Il Pomo D'Oro, Musica Petropolitana and Accademia Bizantina. In addition to his achievements in the field of Baroque music, Dmitry is active as a classical violinist and conductor. Dmitry is equally passionate about choral music. His conducting career began in 2012/13 and since then he has been a sought-after conductor with performances in Europe, Russia, Asia, Australia and North America. In 2018, he was Resident Conductor of the Seattle Symphony Orchestra, where he has been a regular guest since 2015/16.
