New parliamentarians duel with old fogies, ghostwriters dance with ushers, horse-trading here, espionage there, and in the middle of it all, the first Bundestag debate poetry slam.
A turbulent panopticon with guest appearances by Robert Habeck, Christian Lindner, Alice Weidel, Friedrich Merz, the ghost of Helmut Kohl and many more.
Finally, a look through the keyhole into the backroom of power. How does it really work in the Bundestag? Is it corrupt? Is it amateurish? Is it convoluted, cumbersome, still equipped with fax machines? Yes, all that - but it is still one of the funniest parliaments we know.
