Starting with the 2025/26 season, the Berliner Ensemble will regularly host a new series of discussions with Robert Habeck. In a time when debates are often conducted at breakneck speed and complex issues are reduced to headlines, this discursive salon opens a space for in-depth conversations, reflection, and critical debate.

Under the title "Habeck Live," Robert Habeck will speak with guests from politics, culture, academia, and society. Together, they will examine the backgrounds and structures that shape many current political debates – away from polarization and media overheating.

The guests are as diverse as the topics: some prominent, some less well-known – but always experts on the pressing issues of the day. In this edition, Robert Habeck speaks with security expert Florence Gaub and climate researcher Anders Levermann about global crises, the consequences of climate change, and new security policy perspectives.

A conversation about risks – and opportunities for the future.
